Program Details:
AstroGIG is designed to be accessible and flexible, accommodating the diverse needs of our student-athletes. Here are the key aspects of the program:
- Start Date: February 2024. This marks the launch of the AstroGIG program, establishing a new era of technological education at Zion Astro Academy.
- Schedule: Classes are held six days a week, from Monday to Saturday, between 8 AM and 2:30 PM Liberia time. This schedule ensures that students can balance their academic commitments with their athletic training and other responsibilities.
- Mode: Remote classes with instructors from the United States. This setup leverages technology to bring world-class education to our students, regardless of geographical barriers.
Class Structure & Curriculum Overview:
- Interactive Sessions: Classes are designed to be interactive, with real-time instruction, discussions, and Q&A sessions. This ensures active participation and engagement from students.
- Practical Assignments: Students undertake hands-on projects and assignments that reinforce theoretical knowledge and provide practical experience.
- Collaborative Learning: Group projects and collaborative activities foster teamwork and help students develop communication and leadership skills.
Curriculum Overview: AstroGIG’s curriculum aligns with educational standards in the United States, ensuring a comprehensive and up-to-date IT education. The curriculum includes:
